Website orders begin as order requests. We confirm item availability, shipping cost, applicable tax, total price, and payment instructions by email before an order is final.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping before tax. Estimated processing and delivery timing will be included in your confirmation. Carrier delays and weather may affect arrival dates.
Returns
Unused, unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility.
Final-sale and personalized items
Personalized items, gift cards, and products marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Stickers removed from their backing and cards that have been written in are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. We will work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
